GROUP TRAVEL
We can provide GROUP TRAVEL for groups of 10 or MORE to GERMANY
or THROUGH GERMANY to other EUROPEAN DESTINATIONS.

We can offer airfare or travel packages to  Universities, Colleges, or High Schools for Study Travel, or competitions
for Athletic Teams, Bands, or Clubs. We may even be able to arrange for a payment or stipend for your participation
in a performance or competition to help defray travel expenses for your trip.

We can offer attractive packages for University or College Alumni continuing education programs. We can offer
cultural performances and programming, sightseeing, special events, and shopping excursions. Special events
can include Church or Cathedral Tours, Christmas Markets and Festivals, Oktoberfest or Rhein River or Danube
River cruises. We can tailor a program to fit your specific needs or requirements.

We can provide GROUP PACKAGES to Service or Social Clubs, Fraternal Orders, or other organized groups who
wish to travel together. We can specifically provide whatever your agenda might require.

GETTING STARTED

To begin, you will need to decide where you would like to go, what you would like to see, or
what events in which you would like to participate.

Next you need to determine the date parameters for your trip. The departure and return dates,
and the length of stay in each of the cities or countries you wish to visit. You will need to provide
the specific sights you might wish to see in each city you visit or we can suggest and agenda.

If you have a budget per person, please provide this information so that we might ascertain if
the trip requested would be feasible. We could then suggest alternatives to bring the trip within
your budget. We will always endeavor to provide the lowest possible price for your request.'

If we believe we can provide your requested trip within your budget , we will contact you and
at that time we will require a service fee of $ 100.00 to proceed with completing the package.
Once the package is completed, we will send you a complete information kit for your trip.
If the information complies with your requirements, then we would require a 30% deposit
which would be non-refundable for any individual that might be unable to travel with the group.
The balance of the payment would be payable 14 days before the departure date without exception.
